Dear Parents/Guardians:
I am truly honoured to be the principal of such a fabulous school. A caring, dedicated staff, supportive and involved parents, an active Parent Advisory, combined with our eager and talented students makes West Boundary Elementary a very special school. All stakeholders have a shared vision of creating a positive school climate. To that end we are dedicated to providing opportunities for students to learn respect, caring and responsibility. West Boundary is all about celebrating success and I am pleased that we so often celebrate growth in social responsibility.
To promote life long learning, we believe we have the responsibility of providing a strong foundation in the basic skills of reading and writing, hence Literacy is a strong focus at West Boundary. Our students need to understand that school connects with life as a whole, therefore we must help our students understand and value reading and writing.
I would like to thank everyone for making my first year at West Boundary Elementary so rewarding. I am “Wild” about our school and I look forward to another year successful year. Let the celebrations continue!
