PERLEY LIBRARY BOOK FAIR - The Perley Library is having a BOOK FAIR on November 12th and 13th. The sale will be from 8:00 to 11:30 am (for secret gift purchases) and 4:00 to 7:00 pm for kids and adults/families to attend. The library is looking for any volunteers who can help during these times. Please call the office at 442-2135 if you are interested in volunteering your time to help with this great fundraiser.
PIZZA DAY- FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14TH - School is in session on this day, as there is no school on Tuesday, November 11th due to the Remembrance Day holiday.

PERLEY PAC - Next PAC meeting is November 24th at 6:45. New members are always welcome to attend.
PAC WINTER BONFIRE - Wednesday, November 26th from 5:30-7:00 pm. More info to follow at a later date.
MOLLY IMRIE - Perley students are busy raising money to help a local student at GFSS, Molly Imrie, who is currently undergoing treatment at Children's Hospital for osteosarcoma (bone cancer). Molly was a former Perley student, along with her brother Kevin and Alex who is currently in Grade 7. An account has been set up at the Credit Union, "The Molly Imrie Medical Fund", for individual or community donations. Our Perley classes are doing some type of fundraising for Molly and her family. We will keep you posted on our efforts!!
REPORT CARDS - First term report cards will be going home on Thursday, November 27th.
CHRISTMAS CONCERT - Out students are well underway practising for the Christmas Concert. This year out Christmas concert is the X-MAS FILES- Tuesday, December 9th at 7:00 pm in the Grand Forks Secondary School auditorium.
VOLUNTEER DRIVERS - Please remember to sign up, or resign, as volunteer drivers. Booster seats are a requirement this year for those students who are under the age of 9, or under 4"9".
EMERGENCY CONTACTS - Please call the school office if you have changed telephone numbers, cell phone numbers or addresses. It is important that we have up-to-date information to contact you in case of an emergency
PERLEY SCHOOL GOALS - To improve all students' literacy, numeracy and social responsibility skills.
STUDENT ABSENCES - We ask parents to please call the school when students are going to be absent. If calling before office hours please leave a message. Thank you for your assistance.
BUS PERMISSION SLIPS - A reminder to parents that if their child will be riding a different bus or getting off at a different stop, other than their assigned stop, the Office must receive a note from a parent or guardian with full details. The Office Administration will complete a "Bus Permission" slip for the student to give to the bus driver for that particular day.
